Great online course with very knowledgeable instructor who explains the content and concepts clearly and always with relevance on how this applies in the real world of business analysis whilst being mindful of what is expected and asked in the IIBA Exams.

I've never come across an online course where the tutor goes to this much detail regardless of the audience, it feels as though she takes audiences of all levels of competence into consideration, as a beginner who knows nothing about Business analysis, I feel this course is so worth it! The way she goes into so much detail helped me understand. Light bulbs just keep switching on when she presents the chapters and makes me want to continue to the next chapter to learn more. Her tone is so patient, I'd recommend this course to all of you starting out or just wanting to understand better. I hope that if, and when, I do future courses that Deidre will be the tutor for them as well. I love her technique of teaching (one can hear she has the mind of a business analysts through and through). I feel I confident to take on the role of a business analyst after this course, seriously, highly recommend!

The facilitator is the best thing about the learning. Deirdre is very knowledgeable. Her experience comes through. She is also approachable and accommodating. The course content is very relevant and easy to understand, while the business library provides more real life lessons.

The course materials are helpful! I really enjoyed the BABOK guide as well as the Master Class drill questions that really allow you to assess your knowledge and are great preparation for the exam. The course is great, it helps you thoroughly understand the BABOK guide. The instructor is very helpful, she not only gives detail feedback to assessment but also helps in your career development. If you want to pass ECBA exam and become BA, this is the course you should take.

I had already completed the Business Analysis Pathway Course for my ECBA, really enjoyed it and learned a lot. However, what I liked about the ECBA Master Class is that it really focused in on the types of questions that I needed to know for the IIBA exam. One thing to keep in mind is that the Master Class uses the BABOK wording more or less exactly as written; however, for the IIBA exam the concepts are the same, but the questions and answers are written without using the exact BABOK wording; therefore, it is good to really know the concepts.

I believe that this course and the materials provided were more than adequate in pursuing the desired goal of passing the ECBA exam. This, I believe, is a good starting point that will only improve with practice and constant reference. It is now my responsibility to practice to perfection.

The class helped me prepare to take my ECBA exam. I really liked having so many sample questions to test my knowledge.
