    Yes, all of our courses offer a free preview. This means you can see one or more of the chapters at no cost before you purchase. To see the free preview chapter you have to enter your details to get enrolled in the course. You are required to login because that is how access is given to our courses.

  • Why do I occasionally get emails?

    If you choose use any of our courses or material, free or paid, you get loaded on our system as a learner. We send out emails occasionally to our learners. This can be information on course updates, new course material, progress reports, notifications, promotions etc. Please review our terms and conditions for more information.

  • Do you keep my information safe?

    Yes, we use a third party to manage the security and your data. Please read our privacy policy and terms and conditions.

Payments, refunds and specials

  • How are my payments managed?

    You can pay via credit card (we use Stripe for credit card transactions). We do not have any access to your bank/card account as this is managed by Stripe. Please review our terms and conditions for more information.

  • What if my employer is paying for my training?

    We can generate an online invoice that you can send to your employer for payment. We accept payments via credit card, internet banking and international wire transfer. To request this, please email us at support@agorainsights.com with the following information: employer name and business address, name of contact person and email address.

  • What are your methods of payment?

    All our courses can be paid via credit card through the website. On occasions where it is the employer or a company who is paying on behalf of the learner, we can generate an online invoice for payment via internet banking or international wire transfer or remittance. Please email us on support@agorainsights.com for payments other than credit card.

  • Can I get a refund?

    We do not offer refunds. We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase for any reason — so please choose carefully. To help ensure learners have made the right decision, they are offered a free preview to review the product on offer.

  • How do promo codes work?

    Occasionally we have special offers which require a promo code to redeem the discount. In the check-out page, you can enter the promo code. Make sure that discount is showing on your check-out page before clicking the buy button.

  • Why is my promo code not working?

    Our big courses have additional products that get added, like the library and question bank. To ensure you get all of the products and can use the coupon, you need to go to the landing page of the course (you will see your landing page link on the top menu of our main site) and click on your course. NB: If you click on a course preview and go straight to check out from there it only loads the course and not the additional products and therefore the coupon will not work.

Business Architecture Pathway Programme

  • What certificate will I get if I complete this course?

    Learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement from Agora Insights Ltd on successful completion of the course. Learner hours per module will be sent to the Business Architecture Guild®, on request, for those who want to gain CEUs.

  • How long will the course take?

    The course consists of 26 modules which are approximately 2.5 hours each. In total it should take the average student 65 hours to complete the video material. There are practice exam questions that can take 1- 2 hours per module, depending on your understanding.

  • Is the course live or on demand?

    The answer is both. The whole course is "on demand" and typically drip fed so that the learner can understand module by module. Additionally we offer optional live online mentoring sessions where learners can discuss the modules with the mentor. Typically the live sessions are scheduled, recorded and topic specific.

  • What are course modules?

    We have broken the course into modules to explain specific areas of business architecture, in one sitting. Considering the field of business architecture can be substantial, we thought it best to break it up into bite size modules. This allows you to go back and focus on a particular area if required.

  • will I be a CBA® after completing this course?

    You will get an Agora Insights certificate but we cannot issue you a CBA® certification. Agora Insights Ltd is a training partner and helps you prepare for the exam but does not offer the CBA® exam. Application, registration and taking the CBA® exam is offered by the Business Architecture Guild® which is a separate organisation. ArchiMate® Master Class

  • What is the ArchiMate® Certification?

    The ArchiMate® Certification is a discipline in modeling Enterprise Architecture using a visual modelling language. These visual models follow a formatted language used to create Enterprise Architecture. This certification is learning the format, e.g: Learning the ABC’s of the language and then practicing by putting together visual modelling viewpoints to communicate Enterprise Architecture effectively. These modelling viewpoints are broken down into Business, Data, Application and Technology Architecture.

  • What is the difference between ArchiMate® and TOGAF®?

    The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF®) is a body of knowledge that breaks down People, Process, and Deliverables to do Enterprise Architecture via many frameworks. Really TOGAF® is a framework of frameworks. It also describes a repository of artefacts to do enterprise architecture definition called the Architecture Content Framework (ACF). ArchiMate® is the language of the repository. ArchiMate® is called a Content Meta Model. TOGAF® starts off on a definition of content but ArchiMate® takes it to a level where practitioners can connect all architecture concepts together for insightful impact analysis across all architecture domains.

  • How long will the ArchiMate® Master Class take?

    This course has approximately 20 hours of video content.

  • What certificate will I get when I complete the ArchiMate® Master Class?

    When you complete this master class, you will receive The Open Group Archimate® 3 Practitioner and Foundation Accreditation.

  • What are the similarities between your Business Architecture Pathway Programme and the ArchiMate® Master Class?

    They are both certification courses accredited by industry standard certification bodies. Business Architecture is a profession and the training helps you understand the profession and preparation for certification. ArchiMate® is a tool notation that enables Enterprise and Business architecture practitioners to architect businesses effectively.

  • What’s the difference between your Business Architecture Pathway Programme and the ArchiMate® Master Class?

    The Business Architecture pathway teaches the practice of business architecture. The Archimate® master class is a visual modeling language that creates business, data, application and technology artefacts using industry standard architecture viewpoints. When these artefacts and viewpoints are connected to the business motivation and business model key decision makers can see the impact of decisions being made on data, application and technology also. Insightful impact analysis is the key benefit. The ArchiMate® Master Class is the knowledge in enterprise architecture knowledge management.

  • Does the course price include the ArchiMate® Certification Exam fee?

    Yes, our Master Class bundle includes the ArchiMate® Certification Exam voucher.

  • The Master Class is currently available on pre-order, when is the course going live?
