The structure of the course, the content, and the method of the delivery are very good. It was a great refresher for me to go through the interactive process of absorbing the content of the BABOK. The assignments are a great way to consolidate the knowledge from each chapter. I think I gained more from the nature of the assignments than if I was just given one task or scenario related to one subset of the chapter. Use of a consistent project/scenario throughout the course is also helpful. Interface very good. Attentive course contacts. Highly recommended!

The course is excellent! Very well structured and designed (presentations for each chapter, drills, videos, and assignments). It helps you understand BABOK and prepare well for the exam. Also, you have access to a library where you can find lots of useful presentations and videos related to business analysis topic. Also, the senior instructor, Deirdre, guides you so well in the process of learning and preparing for CBAP exam. I highly recommend the course!

I have found the thorough review of the BABOK during the CBAP Master Class has given me a better perspective on the CBAP certification and new found respect for those that have achieved it. I feel that I will be able to successfully write the CBAP exam with a bit more practice with some drills.

I like how I am clear about what to focus on, and the quiz questions are so important in helping to strengthen my understanding to a very deep, granular level. Also, the challenges and assignments help to rationalize thoughts and put scenarios into perspective, which are excellent.

A very good position for everyone who thinks of pursuing the IIBA certification or just want to learn more about BABOK framework. The course has a good structure, explaining everything in detail. There are still some minor things to work on (from a technical point of view) but overall the quality of the materials is good. A test after every chapter is a nice way to check yourself against and the online option is just so 'learning on the sofa' comfortable. Give it a try!
