Authentication & session — keep you securely signed in to your account and the learning platform. Security — help protect against fraud and keep the service working reliably. Cookie choice — remembers the selection you made in the cookie notice, so we don’t ask again.
Analytics & measurement (set only if you accept)
We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how our website and learning platform are used — which pages and lessons help learners most — so we can improve them. These are set only where you have accepted non-essential cookies.
Marketing & campaign measurement (set only if you accept)
We advertise Agora Insights on platforms such as Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). To measure which ads bring learners to us and to follow up with people who have shown interest, we use technologies such as the Meta Pixel, along with tools like ActiveCampaign and CartStack that help us follow up on enquiries and recover abandoned carts. These load only after you accept non-essential cookies — choose Reject all and they are not used. We use them to measure and improve our own campaigns; we do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-party services
Some providers we rely on may set their own cookies when their features are used — for example our payment processor during checkout, or embedded video during a lesson. These are governed by those providers’ own policies, which we recommend reading.
