The Journey so far:

In August 2023, Deirdre Caren officially announced that Agora Insights will be giving learners access to customised learning bots 

Since then, we have been engaging with the IIB Chapters and other Industry Leaders to create awareness of the importance of AI in Business Analysis and Business Architecture. 

In the conversations held, the following areas were major talking points

Some frequently asked questions:

1. Why does AI need to understand the breadth of an organization? AI needs to understand the broader context of an organization in order to provide accurate requirements and avoid duplicating efforts.
2. What is the role of AI in gathering information and converting it into knowledge? AI, like business analysts and business architects, gathers information and converts it into knowledge that businesses can use to make decisions.
3. What does AI require to provide good requirements? AI requires context, such as understanding the organization, its vision, customer segments, and available options, in order to generate relevant requirements.
4. How should AI be considered in relation to business analysis? AI should be considered as a partner and not just a tool. It requires prompt engineering and understanding of language to effectively use AI in business analysis. Think of it as your “Twin”
5. Why is context important when working with AI? Generating requirements without context can be difficult. Context, including the understanding of needs, changes, solutions, stakeholders, and value, is essential for effective AI utilization.

Once you're on the website, you'll need to complete the sign-up process. Look for the free preview button and click on it.

Fill in the required information, such as your name, email address, and any other details that are requested. Make sure to choose the appropriate options for the free trial.

After completing the sign-up process, you will gain access to the course materials. These materials may include prerequisite chapters that you need to complete before accessing the bots.

As you progress through the course, you will eventually reach a section that contains links to the bots. Our preferred bot is POE paid, but if you haven't used POE before, you will be using the light version, which has limited functionalities.
