Agora Insights Senior Instructor, Deirdre Caren held the first of 6 live training sessions via Zoom this morning (NZ) for our ECBA CCBA CBAP certification Master Class Plus learners from around the world, majority of which are in North America.
The live training sessions focus on a CRM-based case study.
Below is a very short excerpt of the live session where Deirdre discussed the following Business Analysis techniques in detail:
- The Knowledge Brief (the form is available to all Plus learners that they can immediately use in their work)
- Decision Trees
- Root Cause Analysis
- Coding Requirements
The Plus sessions will run until early December 2021. You can still sign up to the live training at a discounted course fee since you will be able to catch up as the first live training session was recorded anyway.
